Tickets are only valid when purchased through the Heligan website booking system.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges except as expressly stated in these terms.

One ticket permits entry for one person.

Ticket holders must present their valid ticket to gain entry to the gardens and the event where you will be provided a non-transferable wristband for that specific event.

Festival organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person from venue who; does not possess a valid ticket, breaches these terms, Is intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances, Engages in disruptive, dangerous, or illegal behavior or Fails to comply with instructions from Festival staff or security personnel.

Please note attendees will not be permitted to bring any outside food or drink to the destination for evening events.

Members and Locals have the option of purchasing a Locals / Member ticket for day events only – this will be at a discounted rate taking into account standard Members and Locals discounts.

Members and Locals discounts are not available for all evening events meaning all Members and Locals will be required to purchase a full price ticket.

Heligan reserves the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised program, venue, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.

In the event of cancellation of the entire Festival, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the face value of their ticket. Service or processing fees may not be refundable.

No refunds will be issued if individual performances, speakers, or artists are cancelled or changed.

In the event of severe weather or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, the Festival may be cancelled, postponed, or modified without prior notice. Heligan will communicate such changes as promptly as possible. In the unlikely event of a Force Majeure Event and where we’re unable to reschedule or reopen in time, you will not be entitled to a refund.

All children must be accompanied by an adult. There will be no charge for children under the age of three years or for the carers of our visitors however please note many of the talks may not be suitable or of interest to the really young ones. Please select complimentary tickets for these visitors upon booking.

Please note while we encourage bringing your furry friend with you to Heligan we will only be able to allow assistance dogs within the Field Kitchen Covered stage area.

Heligan Homecoming locations and stage areas are suitable for wheelchair users, as well as for pushchairs and prams, but please be aware that part of the route is through a woodland area and so paths may be uneven.

By attending the Festival, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded by the Heligan or their designated representatives.

Heligan owns all rights to any recordings, photographs, or footage taken at the Festival and may use these for promotional, commercial, or archival purposes without compensation to attendees.

Personal photography and non-professional video recording are generally permitted for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise specified for particular performances.

Attendance at the Festival is at your own risk.

Heligan accepts no responsibility for any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged at the Festival.

Ticket holders agree to comply with all health and safety requirements implemented by the Heligan.

Heligan reserves the right to implement additional health and safety measures at any time.
